Aigua de Llum de Vall Llach 2022

VINIFICATION

Destemming of the grapes and preferential maceration in stainless steel tanks for 24 hours at a controlled temperature.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 12º and 15º C for 25 days with daily batonage.

 

 

 

AGEING

The wine goes into new 500 liter barrels. It is kept in boot during the aging of 5 months.

1323 bottles of 0.75 liters in boxes of 4 bottles.
